WHAT IS BOOSTMYBOOKING? 

BOOSTMYBOOKING is a  online bidding platform that allows customers to bid for the appointment they want. This is especially beneficial in industries with high clientele volumes, such as salons, spas, venues, and businesses with a long wait. Customers have the opportunity to win the appointment they want. Please note: You are only bidding on the actual time slot, not the price of the service.

HOW DOES BOOSTMYBOOKING WORK?

Service providers must purchase single listings or a package that suits their needs. Service providers then fill out the form to list their information and proceed to checkout. Allow 48 hours to upload listings. Service providers are responsible for directing clients to BOOSTMYBOOKING.BID for available listings. After a client logs in, use the search bar to find the desired service provider and then place a bid on available time slots of their choice.  Once a client has placed their bid, they will get a notification of whether they have won or whether they have been outbid.  If a client is outbid they can simply rebid using the link in their email notification. It is the service providers' responsibility to communicate with the winner any info they need their time slot. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A CLIENT TO USE BOOSTMYBOOKING?

Free. BOOSTMYBOOKING is FREE for any client who wants to place a bid with a service provider. While using BMB is a free for clients,  all bids have a standing binding agreement between the client and the service provider you are bidding on. Please do not place a bid if you do not expect to pay the price you bid. (2) Non-payment wins permanently  bars you from using BOOSTMYBOOKING.
 

AS A CUSTOMER, CAN I BID ON MORE THAN ONE LISTING AT A TIME?

If the listing is with a different service provider, yes.  It is not recommended to bid on several listings with the same service provider. Please be cautious when bidding on more than one listing with the same service provider.  You may have to pay both bids if you win both depending on the service provider's policies.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER TO LIST THEIR BIDDING TIMES?
Single listings are $10 each and must be used within 45 days from purchase date. Please see our PRICING PLANS for packages of 10 or more. 


AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, HOW MANY TIME SLOTS CAN I SUBMIT A MONTH?

AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, DO MY REMAINING TIME LISTINGS EXPIRE IF I DON’T USE THEM IN A MONTH?

Single listings expire 45 days from purchase date. It is your responsibility to submit all your time listings in accordance with your package. If you are listing time slots more than two months in advance and you cancel your subscription before then, all future time slots will also be canceled. AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, HOW WILL I BE PAID ONCE MY CLIENT HAS PAID FOR THEIR BID?

You may select how you would like to be electronically paid. We pay via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay , and Paypal. Service providers are responsible for all transaction fees of 3%.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

Both clients and service providers can log in to cancel their account and/or subscription at any time.
